Our cardio area of the gym in Burnham features a great range of gym equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes, air bikes, stair climbers, rowers, cross trainers and more!
Strength & Conditioning
Our strength training equipment includes barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells (1kg-50kg), half rack, 3d smith machine and cable machine. We also have bodyweight fitness equipment and resistance machines for all muscle groups.
Fitness Classes
We take pride in our large selection of classes available in our studio and online. We offer Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Insanity, Body Sculpt, Studio Cycling, Yogalates and more!

Meet Rylee
The 21 day challenge will be all about getting you started into your fitness journey and becoming the ‘YOU’ that you want to be. Sessions will include circuits and relays consisting of cardio and toning exercises to get you started on your journey, whether it be going down a dress size or just becoming more active. The 21 day challenge is for everyone first timers, men, women, mums, dads, nans, grandads, everyone is welcome!
